Epiphany Carol Service
Sunday 6 January 6.30pm

Join us for our Epiphany Carol Service. Readings and music reflecting the revelation of Christ to the world. All are welcome.

Project Aurora Launch Concert
Saturday 12 January 2pm

The concert is being organised by Myles our Musical Director and performers will include pianists George Smith, Tom Smith and Dr Asuka Tsuchia as well as Anna Robinson on clarinet and saxophone and Myles on organ. Programme includes
Vaughan Williams: Songs of Travel
Graham Lyons: Clarinet Sonata
Martin Göttsche: Jazz Inspirations for Organ
Plus popular folk music and plenty more besides!

We are looking to raise £250,000 to complete the project but entry for this event is free with a retiring collection for those who would like to offer something to kickstart the project. Refreshments will also be available.

Puddings & Pilgrim Footsteps
Friday 25 January 6.30pm
Church Hall

An evening to gather together to hear and see pilgrim stories, in the holy land of Israel, following the tours made by Jesus in the Gospel of John.

Glee Club Singers

Banish the winter blues and enjoy an afternoon of light hearted music with the Glee Club Singers and delicious tea. In aid of Project Aurora, St James’ AV/Lighting project to bring the church building into the 21st century.

Tickets £5 - £5.50 at the door, from the church office on Tuesday and Friday mornings, or from the Parish Centre 8.30am - 1pm

World Day of Prayer 2019
All Saints Church, Botley
Friday 1 March 7.30pm

The World Day of Prayer is an international and interdenominational organisation which enables women from many different countries to write and tell their stories in a service of prayers.

On Friday 1 March 2019, we will join an estimated three million people from 120 countries to observe the Day of Prayer. The theme of this year’s service is ‘Come - Everything is Ready’, written by the Christian women of Slovenia.

The service for this area will be held in All Saints Church Botley at 7.30pm. Everyone is welcome to attend, irrespective of age or gender, so do come and bring your friends. Refreshments will be available after the service.
